I placed my order on Sunday, it was posted on Tuesday and I received it on Thursday. The site stated that 'shipping within Australia will take 3-5 days' but since Brisbane is close to NSW my order came within 2 days. I was very satisfied with the customer service because it was informative and quick. All my inquiries were answered on the same day or within 24 hours.
It truly was a surprise to me that my order had arrived already in the mail, so I was very excited as I always am to open my mail (: My items were packed in a padded bag and inside it was wrapped in cute pink tissue paper wrapping I should have taken a better picture but I didn't know I was going to make a review on this site so sorry for the bad quality!!
All my items were perfect! They all arrived in good condition except some crumpling of a box but that's no biggie (: I love them all I will write reviews on them later but unfortunately I received a faulty eos summer fruits. Of all the items I had ordered it was the one I wanted to try the most so I was very sad and a tiny bit angry to find that it was faulty and emailed then right away. I was not expecting good news but when I opened their quick reply this morning I couldn't help but to smile. It was very refreshing to have such nice customer service and such a lovely sales assistant. The email is shown below.
